Legal Consulting

Kay Coulter, CRNI is well qualified to provide legal case review and/or give expert opinion for I.V. therapy / infusion-related issues. She will provide a thorough, honest opinion using current healthcare standards, for any case (plaintiff or defense) set before her. Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may refer to another legal nurse consultant who has more experience in a particular healthcare setting. Review Kay's CV

Court Appearances
Any and all appearances, either in court, mediation, or given depositions (including travel time) will be invoiced at an hourly rate.

All expenses (i.e. toll calls, reference articles, copies, etc.) incurred will be the responsibility of the contracting party and will be invoiced accordingly.

Travel Expenses
The contracting company is responsible for travel expenses, including mileage and/or airfare, accommodations, meals, and any additional related expenses.
